Profil

Health promotion has been a part of my life since my time as a childcare worker and has made me aware early on of the importance of support for development and health. This understanding was deepened during my training as an educator, where I accompanied children on their journey.
Children are our future, which is why good healthcare is already crucial during pregnancy. Early childhood education lays the foundation for social participation. My studies in health sciences further expanded my knowledge and opened up new perspectives in health promotion beyond children and adolescents, including research. My work in nutrition counseling and at the Max Rubner Institute has further strengthened my enthusiasm for advisory roles.
Health also plays a central role in my private life. I find balance through paddling, climbing, and hiking with my husband and son. Because I focus on holistic health, I place great importance on good and balanced nutrition. With my blog, I want to share my knowledge about health topics and present current research findings in an easy-to-understand way.
